Job summary

Gentry Trading Industries Corporation is seeking a Security Personnel to maintain a safe environment, enforce security protocols, and respond to incidents at our Taguig premises.

You will monitor premises, control access, report incidents, and coordinate with management. The role requires a high school diploma, security license, 1–2 years of experience, and good observation and communication skills. A professional appearance and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a security role or similar position.
• Strong observational and communication skills with the ability to remain alert and focused.
• Physical fitness and capability to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies.
• Knowledge of security systems, CCTV operations and access control equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
• Professional appearance and demeanour with strong integrity and reliability.
• Ability to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• First aid or CPR certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and evacuation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and company assets.
• Monitor the store premises and deter and report theft, vandalism, and other security risks.
• Conduct routine patrols and security inspections.
• Control access to the store and restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
• Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Monitor company policies and security procedures.
• Provide professional assistance to customers and employees as needed.
• Coordinate with managers and law enforcement when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold excellent customer service standards.
