Job summary

You will monitor alerts, investigate incidents, and perform initial triage to support rapid containment and incident handling. Responsibilities include log review, escalation, documentation, and collaboration with international security and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC, or security operations.
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring and incident triage.
• Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent English writing and verbal communication.
• Comfortable collaborating with international/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review cybersecurity alerts and incidents.
• Investigate security events and determine next steps.
• Perform initial security incident triage and analysis.
• Gather and review logs, user information, and other security data.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate teams when needed.
• Document incidents, findings, and actions taken.
• Help maintain and improve security procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with global security and IT teams.
