Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard the site, monitor for unauthorized access, and enforce security policies.

You will report incidents to the appropriate authorities and maintain logs for visitors and vehicles while remaining vigilant to potential hazards and following management instructions.

This role is on-site in the Philippines and requires discretion, attentiveness, and the ability to work shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Report criminal activities and security breaches to the relevant authority of the organization
• Report safety hazards to the relevant person to fix them
• Record unusual observations in the security notebook and properly maintain visitors' and vehicles' logbooks
• Assist visitors and maintenance workers if necessary and fully apply the site policy in this process
• Be attentive to unexpected occurrences and remain alert at all times for security breaches and unauthorized access
• Keep company information classified and not disclose it to anyone
• Control traffic on the site and ensure visitors and employees park their vehicles in designated areas
• Follow site search policies in cases of physical search, vehicle search, and baggage search while a person passes through the security area
• Follow instructions from management or senior officers and implement them effectively
