Job summary

BSA Solutions Inc. in the Philippines (Cebu City) is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard premises, employees, and visitors, monitor activities, control access, and respond to incidents in line with company policies.

You'll conduct patrols, manage entry/exit points, monitor CCTV, log incidents, coordinate with building administration, and help execute drills while ensuring compliance with safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• With relevant security operations experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor all office areas to ensure safety and security.
• Manage and secure all entry and exit points, including visitor logging, access control, and bag checks.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities, irregularities, or security breaches.
• Serve as a first responder to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, and
• Assist employees and visitors with security-related concerns and provide general support when needed.
• Ensure all guests are properly logged, oriented, and compliant with office policies.
• Enforce company security, safety policies, and regulations, including restricted areas and no-smoking rules.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily shift reports, incident reports, and maintain proper documentation of records.
• Coordinate with building administration and emergency responders during incidents and
• Perform routine inspections of safety and security equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, alarms).
• Assist in the execution of emergency drills (e.g., fire, earthquake) and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Support incident investigations by gathering relevant information and preparing necessary reports.
