Job summary

FC Home Center is seeking a Security Officer to protect staff, assets, and information across Manila stores and offices. You will monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and enforce security policies, reporting findings with clear, timely documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in Criminology or related field, and willingness to travel to company branches as needed. This on-site, part-time position offers Health and Life Insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Preferably a Registered Criminologist.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in corporate security, loss prevention, or security investigations.
• Experience in CCTV monitoring, incident investigation, and report writing.
• Knowledge of security operations, access control, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to company branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
• Conduct field investigations at stores and corporate locations.
• Investigate security incidents, theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Prepare accurate incident, investigation, and case reports.
• Enforce company security policies, procedures, and visitor management protocols.
• Coordinate with store management, HR, Internal Audit, and law enforcement during investigations.
• Conduct security inspections and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of security information.
