Job summary

You will screen entrants, control access, patrol the facilities, and coordinate with law enforcement when required. A Bachelor's degree in Criminology and a Security guard license are required, along with a professional, well-groomed appearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to guests and staff.
• Protects Solaire premises and facilities to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Informs security officers of concerns regarding premises.
• Screens and records entrants to ensure harm-free environment.
• Ensures safety and well-being of guests and team members.
• Gives directions and escort to customers when needed.
• Assists law enforcement authorities as necessary.
• Escorts money and persons in money-handling positions as required.
• Provides first aid when necessary.
• Patrols the surroundings for unusual situations and takes appropriate action.
• Reports and documents incidents per Solaire security policy.
• Assists with turnover of lost and found items.
• Performs necessary reports with detailed descriptions.
• Enforces policies and emergency procedures.
• Adheres to attendance guidelines and departmental policies.
• Controls and records company property and vehicle entry.
• Warns violators and takes action when needed.
• Operates devices to screen for prohibited items.
• Provides transportation and personal protection as required.
