Job summary

ELBURG SHIPMANAGEMENT PHILS., INC. is seeking a Second Engineer for a Dredger Vessel to supervise daily operations and maintenance of all machinery, ballast system, plant and fire-fighting equipment aboard.

The role also includes managing engine personnel schedules and ensuring shipboard machinery readiness. Based in Makati City, the agency supplies Filipino officers to worldwide clients; the successful candidate must hold a valid Higher License and have self-propelled cutter suction experience

Qualifications

• Must have valid Higher License.
• With self-propelled cutter suction experience.
• Willing to go onboard in Dredger vessel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of all machinery including ballast system, plant and fire-fighting equipment on-board.
• Responsible for work schedules of engine personnel and maintenance of the machinery, auxiliaries, equipment and supplies in the engine room, deck and other machinery.
