Job summary

PrimeSearch Service Provider Corporation is seeking a dedicated Store Associate to maintain organized floor presentation, restock shelves, and ensure products are faced and accessible for customers. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and accurate pricing signage to support daily store operations.

The ideal candidate will keep aisles clear, manage damaged goods responsibly, and assist in maintaining an orderly and welcoming shopping environment for customers in our Cavite area locations.

Responsibilities

• Floor Recovery & Zoning: straighten and organize bulk merchandise on pallets, shelves, and racks.
• Restocking & Replenishing: move excess inventory from warehouse holding areas to the selling floor.
• Safety & Cleanliness: keep aisles free of debris and ensure exits and walkways are unobstructed.
• Damaged Goods Handling: collect and log damaged items and route to processing or returns.
• Price & Signage Checks: ensure correct price tags, labels, and promotional signs.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Recovery & Zoning: Straighten and organize bulk merchandise on pallets, shelves, and racks. Push products forward ("face" the shelves) so items look neat and accessible.
• Restocking & Replenishing: Move excess inventory from the warehouse holding areas to the main selling floor.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Clear empty boxes, plastic wraps, and debris from aisles. Ensure emergency exits and walkways stay completely clear of obstruction.
• Damaged Goods Handling: Collect, log, and process damaged or misplaced items from the sales floor and bring them to the designated processing or return zones.
• Price & Signage Checks: Assist in making sure products have correct price tags, labels, and promotional signs.
