Job summary

Brightserve Solutions Inc. is recruiting for a seasonal dishwashing and kitchen support role at TAAL TERRACE in Cavite, Tagaytay area. The assignment runs from November 16, 2026 to January 31, 2027, with a minimum salary rate and a free meal provided.

The role covers dishwashing, cleaning, sanitation, equipment handling, basic food prep assistance, and general onboarding support for both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations during the season.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and Equipment Cleaning: Operate dishwashers or wash by hand to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Kitchen and Area Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, worktables, and other surfaces in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Waste Management: Remove garbage and maintain clean, safe, and sanitary waste disposal and loading areas.
• Sanitation Standards: Follow and adhere to all health and safety standards to ensure a clean and professional working environment.
• Equipment and Supply Management: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils, stock clean dishes, and ensure a steady supply of clean items.
• Food Preparation Assistance: Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or slicing meat, as directed by chefs or management.
• General Cleaning: Clean dining rooms, restrooms, and other public areas, including restocking supplies and performing parking lot maintenance.
• Operational Support: Assist both the kitchen staff and the front-of-house team with tasks like bussing tables or stocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
