Job summary

Starbucks G Mall Davao is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Barista to craft beverages and deliver the Starbucks Experience in a fast-paced setting. You will warmly greet customers, prepare drinks and food to recipe standards, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

We expect flexible availability, reliability, and strong teamwork to support high-volume service and a welcoming Third Place atmosphere for every guest. This role offers rest days and partner perks at the G Mall location.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Able to meet store policies and protect cash handling and safety standards.
• Engages with customers and identifies their needs with clear communication.
• Adheres to dress code and performs tasks per standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service to all customers.
• Prepare beverages and food items to Starbucks standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Assist in training new partners and provide constructive feedback.
• Support store operations and team morale during shifts.
