AboitizRenewables, Inc. is seeking an Executive-level SCM Shared Service Head in Taguig to drive the procurement and supply chain strategy across the enterprise. The role focuses on governance, value creation, and aligned objectives with Geo, Wind, Solar, and Run of River units, plus ARI for new builds.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, optimize processes, and develop talent while delivering cost savings, customer satisfaction, and ESG outcomes in a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or Behavioral Science; Engineering/technical background preferred.
• Senior Management experience required.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in power/SCM.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes SCM strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Leads strategic sourcing strategy, business integration, and execution.
• Oversees inventory, warehousing, logistics, customs compliance, and expediting.

As 1RE SCM Shared Service Head, you will drive implementation and execution of supply chain's strategic objectives and business plan and the governance efforts of 1RE, aligning with the strategic objectives of the enterprise. The role will create value-generating opportunities and contribute to the competitive advantage of 1RE comprising the Geo, Wind, Solar, Run of River operations business units and ARI for new builds. Value creation includes not only cost savings but also customer satisfaction, innovation/digitalization including supplier-enabled innovation, and ESG/sustainability, and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Internal and External stakeholders to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

To Succeed In This Role, We Need Someone Who

• Designs and executes business-wide sourcing strategies including capex expenditures and high value/high risk transactions, that deliver value to the organization.
• Designs, leads and executes the business process and intelligence and function within the supply chain in creating leading supply chain (SC) business processes and business intelligence.
• Drives SCM data management and quality governance and collaborates with AP SCM Systems Delivery to optimize the value of SCM data and systems
• Designs, leads and executes procurement operations, inventory, logistics and warehouse management strategies

What You Will Need

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any business related or Behavioral Science course; Engineering or technical background is preferred
• With relevant Senior Management Experience
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with focus on power plant related fields and supply chain management covering disciplines of materials planning, category management, strategic sourcing, procurement operations, logistics, warehouse and inventory management

Technical / Functional Skills
