Job summary

SGS is seeking a Technical Writer (Level I) for our GBS center in Metro Manila to compile accurate scientific reports using validated data from analytical instruments and to prepare documentation following internal templates. Responsibilities include crosschecking data across analytical techniques, executing predefined test scripts for software re-validation, and supporting SOP and worksheet development.

A chemistry-related bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience and knowledge of cGMP/ICH

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in scientific data entry and report creation.
Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

Compile scientific reports using validated data from analytical instruments and follow internal templates.
Crosscheck data consistency across analytical techniques and report discrepancies.
Execute predefined test scripts for software re-validation and document outputs.
Document analytical findings by compiling data into standardized report templates.
Review EP/USP compendia updates and communicate changes to relevant departments.
Assist with writing and reviewing SOPs, worksheets and reports; ensure approvals.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Comply with SGS integrity, QHSE and HR policies.
