Experience leading technical teams and making technical decisions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP TM and provide technical direction to the team.
Lead and manage technical teams, including mentoring and supporting team members.
Make key technical and team-level decisions.
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Design and oversee scalable, maintainable software and integration solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Monitor project progress and implement improvements to delivery timelines and quality.
Promote software development best practices, standards, and Agile methodologies.
