Job summary

Chevron Holdings Inc. (Manila Shared Services Center) in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking an SAP Senior FICO specialist to support ERP operations with a focus on Finance and Controlling. You will engage with business partners to map requirements to SAP solutions and configure SAP to meet business needs.

The role requires 4–5 years in SAP ops or project delivery, with ABAP and SAP security, CI and automation exposure, and collaboration across global teams in a shared services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business/Finance & accounting.
• 4–5 years SAP operations support or project implementation in Finance/Controlling.
• Experience in ERP code development and other programming languages.
• Good foundation in ITSM and Agile processes & tools a plus.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent customer focus and results-orientation.
• Experience in global team collaboration in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing trouble-shooting, analysis, coordination, and resolution of various types of production issues.
• Working closely with Business Partners to gather business requirements, and mapping them to SAP solutions.
• Configuring the SAP software to meet business needs or resolve issues.
• Develop technical expertise to be able to perform SAP ABAP code analysis and low code development, provide support on SAP Security, continuous integration, and automation.
• Working with developers to design, codeand implement custom or complex solutions.
• Deploying these solutions to the production environments.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for SAP Senior FICO. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Performing trouble-shooting, analysis, coordination, and resolution of various types of production issues

Requirements:

• 4 -5 years of SAP application operations support and/or project implementation experience in Finance/Controlling, S4 HANA experience a plus.
