Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Security Manager to lead security and compliance for SAP environments across client deployments.

You will serve as SME, guiding teams and delivering SAP security services, policies, and controls while coordinating across security and technology stakeholders. The role requires hands-on SAP security expertise, risk assessment skills, and the ability to operate in a managed services, client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP Security experience.
• 10–12 years of overall professional experience preferred.
• Experience in a managed services or client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME for SAP Security and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of SAP security managed services.
• Oversee security operations across client SAP environments.
• Make technical and operational decisions related to SAP security services.
• Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to resolve security-related issues.
• Design and implement SAP security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage SAP access controls, roles, authorizations, and identity management.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor security service delivery to ensure compliance with established standards and client expectations.
• Analyze security incidents and support the development of effective response and remediation plans.
