Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking a SAP Process Subject Matter Expert to drive the SAP S/4HANA transformation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Logistics.

You will lead process design, BPR, and SAP transformation activities in collaboration with business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, standardized, and efficient processes. The role requires extensive experience in SAP transformations and leading cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, SAP transformation, ERP implementation, or consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis, design, and standardization initiatives during SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Facilitate workshops, define business requirements, and ensure alignment between business needs and SAP solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, change management, and business readiness activities to ensure successful implementation.
