The role requires conducting fit-to-standard workshops, configuring custom builds, and leading testing efforts to ensure delivery meets business needs. Excellent communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO module.
• Minimum of 2 successful greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and customization.
• Experience in conducting workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA FICO module implementation, with at least two successful greenfield implementations.
• Understand and analyze customer requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP standards.
• Conduct fit‑to‑standard workshops to assess business processes and identify gaps.
• Configure and design custom solutions for SAP S/4HANA Finance module.
• Perform functional and system testing, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Provide support and guidance to customers during UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Oversee the implementation and successful Go‑Live of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Offer post‑Go‑Live support to ensure continued system performance and address any issues.
