Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and document processes for the implementation cycle across all business units.
• Ensure compliance with processes in issue resolution and requested activities.
• Provide maintenance and support for SAP software to correct errors and user concerns.
• Facilitate testing and User Acceptance Training with business users.
