Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. in the Philippines seeks a SAP Process Subject Matter Expert to drive process design, BPR and SAP transformation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Logistics.

You will collaborate with business leaders, IT, and implementation partners to deliver standardized, scalable, and efficient processes, and lead workshops to ensure business readiness during SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, SAP transformation, ERP implementation, or consulting environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA process expertise within Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Order-to-Cash domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders through large-scale transformation programs.
