Job summary

Xurpas Inc. is seeking a Custom Software Engineering Lead to guide the technical vision and architecture for SAP-driven projects in the Philippines.

The role combines hands-on design with leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality software across inventory management domains. You will collaborate with multiple teams to align technical solutions with business goals, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement in development practices and product quality.

Qualifications

• Strong educational background in computer science or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting SAP MM Inventory Management solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management processes and best practices within SAP environments.
• Strong capability in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions tailored to inventory management needs.
• Experience in integrating SAP modules to streamline inventory and warehouse operations.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
• Skilled and experienced in SAP S/4 Implementations in SAP IM, WM, and EWM.
• Nice to have: Experience with SAP MM-IM-PI Physical Inventory WM
