Job summary

Indra Group in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking an SAP HCM specialist to troubleshoot, configure, and test SAP HCM systems for the client. You will perform unit and integration testing and assist in user acceptance testing.

You will produce documentation, conduct end-user training, and create how-to guides to help client users maximize SAP HR capabilities. A bachelor's degree in IT or Business Admin and 2–4 years of SAP HCM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or similar.
• 2-4 years' experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Have at least 2-4 years' experience in Payroll preferably Philippines payroll.
• Willing to work on a hybrid set up and dayshift at Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting for issues encountered by the Client on their SAP HCM system and provide resolution to these issues.
• Perform configurations on SAP HCM systems.
• Perform unit and integration testing as required by the configurations performed in SAP HCM systems.
• Assist in user acceptance testing for SAP HCM Systems performed by the Client's Group and resolve issues related to SAP HR expertise.
• Produce documentations related to configurations and testing performed in SAP HCM Systems.
• Conduct end user training for the Client's business users as needed.
• Create how-to documentation to aid the Client's users in using the SAP HCM Systems effectively.
