Job summary

Capitole is hiring a Junior SAP HCM Consultant to join our IT team in Rubí, with a hybrid setup (two days in the office). You will support and evolve SAP HCM solutions enabling key HR processes and collaborate with business stakeholders. The role blends functional consulting, SAP configuration and basic ABAP knowledge, with focus on PA, PY and PT.

You’ll participate in testing, validations and releases, and produce concise documentation. Fluent English (B2+) required.

Qualifications

• Experience or academic background in SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA).
• Understanding of Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
• Basic ABAP knowledge.
• Good communication with business users.
• Fluent English level B2+ or above.

At Capitole, we are looking for a Junior SAP HCM Consultant eager to build a long-term career supporting and improving Human Resources solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.

What's the challenge?

• You'll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolving SAP HCM solutions that enable key HR processes across the organization.
• This role combines functional consulting, SAP configuration, basic ABAP knowledge, stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.
