Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an experienced SAP GRC Lead Consultant to support a leading Utilities organization on a remote engagement under a 90-day contractual term. You will own access risk, compliance and governance workstreams from day one, working US Central business hours.

Responsibilities include leading GRC assessments, optimizing SAP Access Control, performing SoD analysis, administering Firefighter access, shaping GRC workflow design, and driving change requests to ensure

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP GRC Lead Consultant or similar senior GRC role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Access Control, SoD Analysis, and Firefighter.
• Experience configuring GRC workflows and access request processes.
• Solid understanding of compliance and audit requirements in an enterprise SAP environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
• Available to work Central US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead GRC assessments to identify access risk and compliance gaps
• Manage and optimize SAP Access Control configuration
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation
• Administer and govern Firefighter (emergency access management)
• Support GRC workflow design and configuration
• Drive compliance and governance optimization initiatives
• Implement and manage GRC change requests
