Job summary

ONECORE CONSULTANCY INC. in Quezon City seeks a skilled SAP Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support FI/CO, MM, and SD modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders, map business processes, and drive system enhancements.

Responsibility includes SIT/UAT, data migration, go-live support, end-user training, and documentation, with emphasis on accurate reporting and integrated processes across finance, procurement, and sales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SAP experience with FI/CO, MM, or SD.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, business, accounting, engineering, or a related field.
• SAP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI/CO processes including GL, AP/AR, asset accounting and controlling.
• Implement MM procurement, inventory and vendor master data; ensure FI/MM integration.
• Configure SD order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, and delivery; ensure FI/MM integration.
• Perform SIT/UAT, data migration, and go-live support; provide end-user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver project wins.

The SAP Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP modules in Finance & Controlling (FI/CO), Material Management (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD). This role ensures seamless business process integration, accurate reporting, and efficient operations by collaborating with stakeholders, conducting system enhancements, and providing end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)

• Configure and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling processes.
• Perform financial reporting, reconciliation, and integration with other modules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Material Management (MM)

• Implement and maintain procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor master data.
• Configure purchasing, goods receipt, stock transfers, and valuation procedures.
• Ensure integration with FI and SD modules for accurate material and financial flows.

Sales & Distribution (SD)

• Configure order-to-cash processes including sales order management, pricing, billing, and delivery.
• Maintain customer master data and ensure smooth integration with FI and MM.
• Support revenue recognition and reporting requirements.
• Conduct FIT-GAP analysis, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements.
• Perform system testing (SIT, UAT), data migration, and go-live support.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in FI/CO, MM, or SD.
• SAP Certification in relevant modules preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business processes in finance, procurement, and sales.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
