Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking an SAP FICO Officer to lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations, testing, deployment, and stabilization for new company code setups. The role centers on translating business requirements into SAP solutions while ensuring governance and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will drive blueprint development, configuration, testing activities, and knowledge transfer to AMS teams, with hybrid work in Ortigas (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements for new company code implementations and expansions.
• Create and document Business Blueprints aligned with objectives and SAP best practices.
• Configure SAP FI and CO modules per approved designs.
• Coordinate with technical teams for interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Support UT, SIT, UAT activities and ensure issue resolution.
• Coordinate transport requests and ensure proper production deployment.
• Provide knowledge transfer to AMS teams and post-go-live hypercare support.
• Respond to day-to-day SAP FI/CO incidents and optimize processes.

Job description

Title: SAP FICO Officer (Open to Fresh Graduates)

The SAP FICO Officer is responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions, particularly for new company code implementations. The role serves as the primary functional expert for SAP FICO projects, working closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational governance, change management, and quality standards.

The officer leads requirements analysis, blueprint development, solution design, testing activities, user acceptance support, transport management, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. The role also provides knowledge transfer to AMS teams and ongoing support to business users.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyze and understand business requirements related to new company code implementation and expansion projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and process owners.
• Prepare and document Business Blueprints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Facilitate blueprint review sessions and secure business approvals.
• Design SAP FI/CO solutions to address business and operational requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and configuration documents based on approved business requirements.

SAP Configuration & Development Support

• Configure SAP FI and CO modules according to approved business designs.
• Coordinate with technical and development teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Ensure SAP roles and authorizations are properly designed, approved, and tested for new company codes.
• Review solution completeness and ensure compliance with SAP standards and governance processes.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute Unit Testing (UT) scenarios.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and ensure defects are properly analyzed and resolved.
• Coordinate testing activities with business users and project teams.
• Validate end-to-end business processes and ensure readiness for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support

• Facilitate UAT preparation and execution activities.
• Coordinate transport requests (TRs) to Quality Assurance (QAS) environments.
• Ensure business users have appropriate system access and derived roles required for testing.
• Monitor testing progress and support issue resolution throughout the UAT phase.
• Secure UAT approvals and sign-offs from business stakeholders.

Change Management & Deployment

• Prepare required deployment, migration, and change management documentation.
• Secure all required approvals for system transports and production deployment.
• Present and obtain approval during Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews.
• Coordinate production deployment activities and ensure successful implementation.

Knowledge Transfer & Hypercare Support

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for SAP FICO Application Management Support (AMS) teams.
• Prepare operational and support documentation.
• Provide hypercare support for at least one month following production go-live.
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and support business users during stabilization.

Production Support

• Respond to day-to-day user inquiries and system-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve SAP FI/CO functional incidents.
• Collaborate with AMS teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Recommend process improvements and system enhancements when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of SAP FICO implementation and support experience. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration.
• Experience in full project lifecycle implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Experience with company code setup and rollout projects is highly preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up (2 days onsite, 3 days work-from-home/week).
