Job summary

DXC Technology in the Philippines seeks a skilled SAP CO consultant focused on CO to lead design and configuration across projects. You will gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into SAP CO solutions, configuring CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

Collaborate with FI/MM/SD to ensure smooth data flow, support SIT/UAT testing, and uphold SAP best practices. You will document configurations and mentor junior consultants as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on CO.
• End-to-end SAP implementations or support projects.
• Strong knowledge of CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing / COPA.
• Experience integrating with FI, MM, and SD modules.
• Hands-on testing, support, and troubleshooting.
• Continuous learner with industry knowledge updates.
• Excellent collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP CO solutions


• Configure core CO modules including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, SD) to ensure seamless integration and data flow


• Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), debugging, and issue resolution


• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards


• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and configuration guides


• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions


• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience


• 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on CO


• Proven experience in end-to-end implementations or support projects


• Strong knowledge of: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing / COPA (preferred)


• Experience in integration with FI, MM, and SD modules


• Hands-on experience in testing, support, and troubleshooting
