Job summary

PaxSigna is seeking an experienced SAP EWM specialist to drive end-to-end implementations from discovery through delivery. The role requires leading workshops, aligning solutions with business needs, and delivering high-quality SAP EWM configurations for a global client base.

Hybrid setup in Ortigas with 4 days remote work and 1 onsite day. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation are essential for success in this client-facing position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
• Proven track record in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience managing SAP WRICEF objects and interfaces.
• Ability to configure SAP Fiori apps related to SAP EWM.
• Solid understanding of SAP EWM activities and alignment with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute SAP EWM implementation activities per PMO standards.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables per PMO documents (Charter, SOW).
• Participate in virtual or in-person project meetings and workshops.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops during Explore phase.
• Present SAP EWM solutions with evidence and best-practice recommendations.
• Follow PMO templates, documentation standards, and delivery processes.
• Configure, test, validate, and document SAP EWM solutions to requirements.
• Manage SAP WRICEF objects, especially interfaces for system integration.
• Configure and activate SAP Fiori applications based on EWM needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SAP EWM implementation activities in accordance with the methodologies, standards, and processes established by the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Ensure the timely completion and submission of project deliverables defined in the Project Charter and Statement of Work (SOW).
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, discussions, and working sessions conducted virtually or in person.
• Lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops during the Explore phase, assessing business requirements against standard SAP EWM capabilities.
• Present proposed solutions and provide recommendations supported by SAP EWM expertise, implementation experience, and industry best practices.
• Follow established PMO templates, documentation standards, project methodologies, and delivery processes.
• Configure, test, validate, and document SAP EWM solutions and related system components to ensure compliance with approved business and technical requirements.
• Prepare and manage SAP WRICEF objects, particularly interface‑related developments, to support system integration requirements.
• Set up, configure, and activate relevant SAP Fiori applications based on SAP EWM requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and business users to resolve issues and support successful solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience preparing and managing SAP WRICEF objects, particularly interfaces and integration‑related components.
• Ability to configure, set up, and activate SAP Fiori applications relevant to SAP EWM.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM implementation activities and the ability to align solutions with approved business and technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA EWM certification.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM business processes, configuration, testing, and solution documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.
• Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops and presenting SAP EWM solution recommendations.
