Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Metro Cebu, is for an SAP Consultant who will work closely with clients and project teams to design, configure, and implement SAP solutions that support business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into SAP functional and technical specifications. The SAP Consultant will configure modules, manage master data, oversee integrations with other systems, and participate in testing, issue resolution, and go-live support. The role also involves preparing documentation, providing end-user training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices. Continuous improvement, adherence to quality standards, and contribution to knowledge sharing within the team are expected.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Integration concepts for SAP, including interfaces with legacy systems, third-party applications, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or SAP S/4HANA) and familiarity with implementation or support projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in diverse teams and client-facing environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Metro Cebu and support occasional extended hours or travel, depending on project needs.
