Job summary

Provision People is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst – Controlling to support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, enhancements, and production support. The role focuses on Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, allocations, and project settlements.

The candidate will partner with Finance and business stakeholders to improve management accounting processes and SAP integration, and will contribute to testing, data conversions, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP Controlling (CO) experience.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Strong expertise in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, allocations, and project settlements.
• Understanding of SAP FI/CO integration and finance business processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional design documentation.
• Experience supporting testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions.
• Configure and support Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, allocations, and project settlements.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to improve management accounting processes.
• Support integration between Controlling and SAP modules including FI, PS, MM, and SD.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, enhancements, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Support organizational structure design, master data governance, and financial reporting requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production support.
• Create process documentation and provide end-user training and support.
