Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Engineer/Consultant to join our SAP SuccessFactors Modernization Project.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Japanese language skill is optional but will be considered a strong advantage when working with Japanese counterparts or documentation.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and implement SAP BTP applications and integration related to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support modernization by migrating or optimizing existing SAP BTP functions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BTP services and components.
  • Perform technical documentation, testing, and participate in code reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and Japanese counterparts.
• Qualifications:
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Integration and BTP.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within agile or waterfall project teams.
  • Japanese language skill is an advantage but not required.
