Job summary

FPT Software Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to design, build, and deploy SAP BTP Integration Suite flows. You will work with iFlow components, Groovy scripts, and multiple adapters to enable seamless SAP and non-SAP integrations, including hybrid connectivity.

The role requires strong mapping skills, end-to-end design expertise, and hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Connector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end integration design and architecture.
• Proficiency in Groovy Script for integration logic.
• Hands-on experience with adapters: SOAP, REST/OData, IDoc, SFTP/FTP, JDBC, Mail.
• Solid mapping and transformation knowledge.
• Knowledge of integration fundamentals: synchronous vs asynchronous messaging, retries, error handling.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Connector and hybrid connectivity concepts.
• Experience integrating SAP with Non-SAP systems.
• Experience integrating SAP C4C ERP with non-SAP systems and PCM/CX products.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Work with core iFlow components including Content Modifier, Request Reply, Router, Adapters, Mappings, Groovy Script, Multicast/Splitter, Exception Subprocess.
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous flows and hybrid connectivity scenarios.
• Work with adapters: SOAP, REST/OData, IDoc, SFTP/FTP, JDBC, Mail, and manage SAP On-Premise Cloud integrations via SAP Cloud Connector.
• Create and optimize mapping and transformation logic (Message/Operation/XSLT/Script).
• Perform monitoring and operations using BTP IS tools, handle errors, retries, and large payloads.
• Collaborate with ERP PCM and Commerce Cloud teams for system changes; troubleshoot interface failures and data inconsistencies.
• Support design decisions with ERP and C4C data like material master data and PLM flows.

• Work extensively with core iFlow components including:
  • Content Modifier
  • Request Reply

  • Sender & Receiver Adapters
  • Message Mapping
  • Script Step (Groovy)
  • Multicast / Gather / Splitter
  • Exception Subprocess / Local Process
  • Filter, Converter, Data Store, Process Direct
• Implement synchronous/asynchronous flows and hybrid connectivity scenarios.

Adapters & Connectivity

• Work extensively with adapters:
  • SOAP
  • REST / OData
  • IDoc
  • SFTP / FTP
  • JDBC
  • Mail
• Handle SAP On-Premise Cloud integrations via SAP Cloud Connector.

Mapping / Transformation

• Create and optimize:
  • Message Mapping
  • Operation Mapping

Monitoring & Operations

• Perform daily monitoring via BTP IS tools:
  • Message Monitoring
  • Error & Exception Handling
  • Retry and Lock Handling

  • Performance optimization for high-volume scenarios

System Maintenance & Operations

• Monitor performance of integration flows and optimize high-volume data processes.
• Troubleshoot interface failures and data inconsistencies.
• Manage deployments across DEV/QAS/PRD landscapes (transport management).
• Collaborate with ERP, PCM, and Commerce Cloud teams for system changes.

Customer & Solution Support

• Analyze requirements and contribute to integration design.
• Middle level: support in proposing solutions.
• Senior level: lead solution design, providing technical recommendations.
• Work closely with ERP functional teams on material master data and PLM flows.

Collaborate with PCM teams on catalog structures and product attributes.

Required Skills

  • Retry & queue mechanisms
  • Error/exception handling
  • Large payload handling and processing performance
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Connector and hybrid connectivity concepts.
• Experience integrating SAP with Non-SAP systems.
• Support integration between:

  • ERP PCM (Product Content Management)
