Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP BI consultant to implement SAC for Accounting and Controlling and to lead the SAP S/4HANA rollout. The role includes designing dashboards, data models, and master data concepts across ContiTech processes.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of SAP BI/ERP experience, strong SAC and data visualization skills, and familiarity with BW/4HANA integration and non-SAP tools. Hybrid work in Taguig is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT-related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in SAP BI/ERP domains.
• Experience with Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning is preferred.
• SAC—story creation, dashboard design, and data modeling.
• Intercultural and international experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Experience integrating SAP with BW/4HANA, S/4HANA and non-SAP tools is a plus.

ContiTech, a business area of Continental, is one of the world's leading suppliers of technical elastomer products and is a specialist in plastics technology. ContiTech develops and produces functional parts, components, and systems for machine and plant engineering, mining, the automotive industry and other important industries.

ContiTech management team has made the decision to embark on a long term project to transform its current fragmented business processes and IT systems into a new standardized set of harmonized process and master data and run on the new SAP S4 Hana ERP platform.

For this purpose, we are looking for an experienced consultant for the SAP Module Business Warehouse.

Job Description:

• Implementation of SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC) at ContiTech particularly for Accounting and Controlling;
• Definition, customization, design, function test and optimization of business processes as well as the support during and after the Go Live of the SAP S4 Hana ERP platform
• Maintenance of process chains as well as BW authorizations
• Serve as IT Functional related consultant to CKU's and business leaders as to the capabilities and efforts for implementation
• Manage the external vendor supplied resource related to functional area ensuring quality of work, approval of all solutions, and alignment of solutions to business area standards
• Support the business to create a master data concept for the whole business area ContiTech and for all Business Processes within SAP as well as further development and support of existing ContiTech planning solutions (Incident and Change Management)
• Regular use of SAP Planning Tools or other ERP planning tools particularly: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC and/or SAP BW embedded in S4/HANA, SAP FI/CO
• Data Visualization, design and building of dashboards and reporting's (e.g. Power BI, QlikView).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analystics and other IT related courses).
• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Preferably with knowledge in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning
• Proficiency in SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC) - story creation, dashboard design, data modeling in SAC
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices
• Experienced in integrating SAP with BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA& non-SAP tools is plus
• Intercultural and international experience is of great advantage
