• Conduct Sales Training to all 3s’ Dealership across the country, such as Product Knowledge, specifications, basic technicalities and basic computation for all NEW and upcoming agents (virtual and face to face)
• Develop training modules (continuous learning)
• Help the supervisor prepare Budget for Sales training future plans
• Analyze market competition to support training needs of Hino sales force
• Analyze and strategize new approach for sales training
• Provide excellent leadership to all sales executives
