You will plan and coordinate sales activities, coach the team, manage key accounts, analyze markets, and prepare budgets while ensuring expenditures align with goals. Close collaboration with pricing and technical groups, regular progress meetings, and client negotiations complete the role.

Formación

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven experience in sales leadership and account management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote existing products and introduce new offerings.
• Plan and coordinate sales efforts to meet group targets.
• Coach and develop sales officers within the group.
• Provide sales expertise, data, and process improvements.
• Provide intelligence on key Accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Manage high-level projects and oversee day-to-day activities of sales officers.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures to meet goals.
• Conduct regular group meetings to assess progress and adjust strategies.
• Attend client negotiations and clarifications; coordinate pricing and proposals with internal teams.
