Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years BPO experience in Sales Support or related roles.
  • Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred.
  • Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone).

Responsibilities

  • Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with sellers and partners for smooth onboarding.
  • Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals.
