Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to manage daily client deposit collections and promote deposit products under the Financial Inclusion program in La Paz, Tarlac, working onsite to serve local customers.

A bachelor’s degree relevant to the job is required; one year in branch operations is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome. You will address client concerns, visit potential clients, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field is required.
• 1 year experience in branch operations preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to work onsite in La Paz, Tarlac and be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily collection of deposits from clients with pick-up arrangement.
• Visits potential clients and markets Bank products.
• Handles client concerns and addresses them as necessary.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Ensures compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The Sales Support Assistant is responsible for the daily collection from clients with pick-up deposit arrangement. Solicits deposit accounts for Financial Inclusion program in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily collection of deposits from clients with deposit pickup arrangement.
• Visits potential clients and market them with the Bank’s products and services.
• Handles client concerns and properly addresses them as necessary
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skills: computer literate preferably with knowledge on accounting entries
• Willing to work onsite in La Paz, Tarlac.
