Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities
In addition to following ESGVI’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Sales Management
- Lead customer acquisition efforts to meet sales volume targets
- Call and follow up listed daily target customers
- Maintain accurate and complete customer data
- Conduct telemarketing and build long-term customer relationships
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Submit daily sales reports and prepare credit reports for review
- Implement the company’s cylinder capture program procedures
Market Development & Survey
- Promote LPG safety education and value-added services
- Execute localized brand awareness campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Propose area-specific promotions to boost sales performance
- Submit retailer and plant pricing survey data in the prescribed format
Cash Management
- Prepare and deposit daily cash sales accurately
- Monitor petty cash use and submit reimbursement documentation
- Act as store cashier and ensure proper invoicing procedures
- Submit daily fuel consumption report to Store Sales Supervisor
Inventory Management
- Enforce FIFO inventory practices for cylinders and merchandise
- Monitor daily stock levels and perform opening/closing inventories
- Coordinate stock orders and receive deliveries from the plant
- Ensure documentation of all on-loan cylinders is complete and valid
- Submit daily and monthly inventory reports
Store & Asset Management
- Ensure pre-delivery vehicle inspections (B.L.O.W.B.A.G.E.T.S) are completed
- Maintain store and delivery vehicle cleanliness
- Monitor and document all assets for completeness and condition
- Ensure business permits are up to date and properly displayed
- Submit monthly store asset checklist
People Management
- Supervise and guide Salesman Rider on daily tasks and performance
- Provide support and feedback to enhance service delivery and compliance
OHSE Conformance
- Coordinate implementation of health and safety initiatives
- Enforce territory-level compliance with safety policies
Compliance (Statutory & Regulatory)
- Ensure regulatory permits are valid and aligned with business needs
- Enforce adherence to laws, internal policies, and industry best practices
- Prepare compliance reports and raise audit concerns when necessary
- Communicate non-compliance findings to Internal Audit for investigation
Others
- Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by leadership to ensure alignment with company goals, policies, and evolving business needs
