Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: Demonstrate product features, explain benefits, upsell/cross-sell items.
• Transactions & Inventory: Process payments using POS, handle returns, maintain shelves.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Reach out to prospects, manage pipelines, maintain client portfolios.
• Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, provide after-sales assistance.

Sales staff drive revenue by promoting products, assisting customers, and closing deals. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, demonstrating product features, processing payments, managing inventory, and maintaining relationships to ensure repeat business. They are expected to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
