Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative in the automotive industry to drive vehicle sales by identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and delivering excellent service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership operations.
• Experience selling commercial and passenger vehicles, trucks, or related products is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of automotive products, vehicle specs, financing, and dealership sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for commercial and passenger vehicles and automotive products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and fleet customers.
• Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and explain features, specs, and financing options.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the customer base.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service, Parts, and Operations to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor vehicle orders, inventory, registration status, and delivery schedules.
• Provide after-sales support including warranties, PMS, repairs, and parts inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM/ERP systems.
• Stay updated on automotive market trends and attend events to generate leads.
