Job summary

Ambica International Corporation is seeking a Sales and Regulatory Affairs Executive on-site in Pasay to support the Sales and Regulatory teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience, with full-time commitment in a local setting.

The executive will liaise with Regulatory and Sales, prepare regulatory documents, coordinate product testing, and ensure timely plant audits while maintaining up-to-date product lists and monographs for MIMS/PPD. Pasay on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Communicate to Regulatory Department for regulatory documents needed for clients
• Coordinate to client and regulatory department on all support related to product testing
• Communicate to manufacturers needed arrangement for plant audit requested by the client
• Meeting client and suppliers for different assignments
• Prepares and updates Ambica Product List by Therapeutic category from time to time
• Checks and reviews product monographs for quarterly/annual book issues of MIMS and PPD

Position Objectives:

The Sales and Regulatory Affairs Executive stands as the Pharmacist linking the Sales Department, Regulatory Department and Supplier in all regulatory and product concerns that may be involved in the business. He/she is responsible in providing information and documents for all Regulatory and Technical Product Inquiries/concerns of the Sales Department.
