Job summary

About the role

The Sales Product Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling MOVA Philippines products in retail stores, kiosks, and partner appliance outlets. The role focuses on engaging customers, demonstrating product features and benefits, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate MOVA products such as vacuum cleaners, robot vacuums, hair dryers, and other smart home appliances to customers.
• Actively approach customers and introduce product features, functions, and benefits.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
• Explain product specifications, warranties, pricing, promotions, and usage instructions clearly and professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by management.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper arrangement, and visual appeal of product displays and demo units.
• Ensure promotional materials, price tags, and marketing collaterals are updated and properly displayed.
• Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales customer assistance when needed.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities within the store.
• Submit daily sales reports, inventory updates, and customer feedback to supervisors.

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate; College level or graduate is an advantage.
• Experience in retail sales, appliance sales, gadget sales, or product promotion is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in product demonstration and customer engagement.
• Sales-driven, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to explain product features and answer customer inquiries effectively.
