Job summary

Pioneer Insurance in Taguig seeks a seasoned sales support professional to strengthen partnerships with CARD MRI, operations teams, and internal stakeholders. The role includes supporting sales initiatives, promo design, implementation, and monitoring.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in corporate or insurance settings, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. A background in microinsurance or microfinance is a plus; familiarity with underwriting, claims, or policy administration

Qualifications

• Minimum solid experience in insurance or microinsurance operations.
• Experience in traditional insurance (non-life) is required.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, claims processing, or policy administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with motor, property, or casualty insurance is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
