Job summary

Pioneer Insurance is seeking a results-oriented Sales Support role to strengthen partnerships with CARD MRI, internal teams and field units in Metro Manila. You will support sales initiatives, design and monitor promo activities, and analyze performance data for management decisions.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate or insurance settings, strong MS Office skills, and a customer-focused, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in corporate or insurance sector.
• Experience in Traditional Insurance (Non-Life).
• Familiarity with underwriting, claims, or policy administration.
• Knowledge of motor, property, or casualty insurance is preferred.
• Strong sales support and marketing capabilities.
