Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related field.
• 2–3 years in Sales, Sales Administration or related roles.
• Experience supporting sales teams and coordinating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
• Amenable to conduct field work through expos and client visits.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related sales documents.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, product information, and after-sales concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients through professional communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales files, and documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with sales performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly while delivering excellent customer service.
• Schedule meetings and provide administrative support to Sales Representatives.
• Assist in promotional activities and other sales initiatives as needed.
