Responsibilities

• Assist in scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
• Perform data encoding/entry accurately and in a timely manner.
• Receive and sort incoming documents (physical and digital).
• Check documents for completeness and proper formatting.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping systems.
• Support the Sales team in administrative tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality of all handled documents.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
