- Maintains a collaborative working relationship with other departments to ensure seamless transactions.
- Prepares timely reports with variance analysis, identifies and implements corrections and corrective actions for deviations.
- Provides timely feedback on group performance, conducts performance evaluation of subordinates, recommends hiring and firing, issues memo when necessary and mediates on issues that need to be resolved within his level.
- Recommends trainings that are applicable to subordinates to ensure continuous growth and development.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree from a reputable educational institution, in a Business or Commerce discipline. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent will be preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Construction Industry.
