We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to help grow our presence in Luzon. This person selected for this role manages the sales team and work with senior leadership to develop sales. strategies

As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting with contractors, developers, architects, and building owners, and presenting our high-performance polyurethane (PU) roofing systems. You’ll report to our office in Plaridel, Bulacan, some travelling may be required to close high profile clients.

You will also have a unique learning opportunity under the executive team, gaining valuable insights like industry knowledge, executive decision making, and long-term client relationship management. Grow with the company as we strive to become the leading roofing company in the nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales team and report directly to the General Manager
  • Identify and qualify new leads through research, phone outreach, and networking
  • Schedule and conduct in-person visits with prospective clients (contractors, developers, property managers, etc.)
  • Present and promote PU roofing systems, highlighting benefits such as durability, energy efficiency, and sustainability
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and real estate sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely project execution
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on client interactions and market insights
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, roofing, building materials, or cold storage systems
  • Experience working independently in the field with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
