LandTrax is looking for experienced professionals to pursue our Business-to-Business (B2B) sales strategies and strengthen partnerships within the property and real estate industry, delivering trusted and efficient solutions for property and land registration.

As a Sales Manager, you will pursue Business-to-Business (B2B) sales strategies and oversee activities within your target markets. You’ll build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, monitor market trends, and identify technology-driven solutions to enhance services and refine sales approaches. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Head and fellow managers to ensure strong performance and sustained client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including real estate firms, developers, and regulatory bodies, to foster long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
  • Prepare and review contracts to ensure they align with company policies and client requirements.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met on time.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance the service's value proposition.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on market needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications
