LandTrax is looking for experienced professionals to pursue our Business-to-Business (B2B) sales strategies and strengthen partnerships within the property and real estate industry, delivering trusted and efficient solutions for property and land registration.
As a Sales Manager, you will pursue Business-to-Business (B2B) sales strategies and oversee activities within your target markets. You’ll build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, monitor market trends, and identify technology-driven solutions to enhance services and refine sales approaches. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Head and fellow managers to ensure strong performance and sustained client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including real estate firms, developers, and regulatory bodies, to foster long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
- Prepare and review contracts to ensure they align with company policies and client requirements.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met on time.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance the service's value proposition.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on market needs.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields
- 10+ years of sales experience
- Preferably with experience from Banks, Real Estate Developers, or Real Estate Service Providers
- Ability to work in a technology-driven environment
- Deep understanding of property and land registration processes, compliance, and legal requirements
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong grasp of market trends and industry regulations
Work Environment
- This position may require travel to meet with clients.
- The work environment is fast-paced and may involve tight deadlines.
