JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle local and export case operations related to automotive sales
• Assist in case preparation, documentation, and monitoring of sales transactions
• Promote and support sales of automotive products and services
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and other internal departments for case-related requirements
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide quality customer service
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of assigned sales and case tasks
• Maintain organized records and monitor case progress until completion
• Perform other duties related to sales, customer service, and case handling as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• With background in Automotive Sales is an advantage
• With experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
• With driving experience (4-wheels) is required
• With valid driver’s license
• Background in Sales Administration is an advantage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to learn and flexible in handling tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and with a team
