Job Description

• File Proforma Invoices for local orders.
• Prepare and file Delivery Receipts for local orders.
• Coordinate with clients regarding permits or other delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with showroom for any sales-related concerns which need to be transmitted to the factory.
• Prepare and send product quotations to clients via email when necessary.
• Follow up with clients through telephone, SMS, or email regarding previously sent quotations when necessary.
• Prepare and monitor accounts receivable for local orders.
• Prepare and forward Billing Advise documents to customers.
• Follow up on local receivables with customers.
• Visit showroom as needed to update work progress of Sales Designers.

Job Specifications

• College graduate with a formal degree in Business Administration (or similar).
• At least 1 year work experience related to sales and retail operations.
• Ability to speak and write in English.
• Proficient in using Google, Yahoo, or Outlook email.
• Good mastery of Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and other programs or applications related to business communication.

Work Schedule and Pay
